From the very beginning, in “Valmiermuižas alus” brewery culture and art have been held in a great honor and from time to time small amounts of festivity beer has been brewed dedicated to specific
events. This year we’ve brewed a special tribute to the National Film Festival “Lielais Kristaps” and the first cinema in Latvia constructed specially for watching movies – “The Royal Vio”(1901). It’s fruity in taste by using special ale yeast and design is inspired by Art Nouveau. We are happy that guests of Riga’s International film festival also will have an opportunity to enjoy this taste.
